Founder and CEO
Ram Duriseti completed his doctoral work in computational algorithms at Stanford University. He is currently a Clinical Associate Professor at Stanford University and a practicing Emergency Physician. Ram founded ShiftGen to apply modern computational algorithms to schedule generation while also creating a web based scheduling tool built around optimizing the user experience. The end goal was to allow organizations to save time, money, and improve work place satisfaction. Ram remains actively engaged with customers and is involved with ongoing development.
Jerry Cattell MS
Co-Founder and VP of Engineering
Jerry has over 20 years of industry experience in technology. He was a former senior developer at Orbitz. He has extensive experience with modern cloud deployments that allows ShiftGen to pass on its cost-effective architecture to the client in the form of low subscription costs.
